Keeping the balance in everyday life
Postural coaching gives you the opportunity to work on your posture “without” a manual Rolfing treatment. Postural coaching will help you understand why you may have symptoms that don’t want to go away. We look at your posture and gait together, the way you lift things up, do sports or yoga, or sit at your desk. We explore and recognize together which movements the body can do particularly well and which it has forgotten. To become aware of these learned movement patterns is the first step to find the next possibility to integrate them into everyday life. Everyday life is the hardest training for the body. Therefore we use everyday situations to counteract the trend of one-sided posture.
