There’s a very personal topic where you need guidance?

How we work together?

Our work is oriented towards the body. We only work with what you perceive in the session. The here and now is the space in which every change takes place. It is our basis. We often use self-help methods that you can gradually integrate into your everyday life. So you become more and more independent and self aware and in the end you don’t need me anymore. That is our goal.

Work on the fascial system and nervous system is my speciality

I am convinced that the human body has the gift to heal itself. We just have to learn not to stop it.

However, many cyclists fall into the trap of thinking that cycling is only a matter of the legs. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
